We stayed in your cabins in the summer of 1999 and really enjoyed it! We love Louisiana (it is actually one of my favorite vacations and probably my favorite state). We are doing our basement in a Louisiana swamp theme and plan to return to LA in the spring of 2002. We will definitely be staying with you again for at least a night or two!

Sept. 28/02 Our local newspaper had a website for Houma listed in the travel section. I'd been to New Orleans but found your area looked quite intriguing. We stayed at Wildlife Gardens in mid April 2002 and had a great time! Most of the comments don't mention the animals and beautiful ducks and peacocks there (as well as the gators. It was very peaceful listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies at night instead of watching TV. Kate and Paul from Eden Mills, Ontario

Dear Betty, Our family has very fond memories of Wildlife Gardens. We've stayed with you twice - the first time in 1993, and the last time I believe was in 1995. Our son, Jason, was about 8 the first time we stayed with you. He absolutely loved James, and followed him around the whole week we were there. He still talks about him and Lady. He is 18 now, and has his own boxer that he named Lady, too. We were so sorry to hear about James on your website. I have some carved Santas he did, and I always remember him when I take them out at Christmas. God bless you and your family. We hope we can visit with you again some day.
